Is this a good fert?

Hello again friends...Following some good advice I went ahead and bought some liquid plant food...I looked for some with the numbers 3-10-4 or 5-20-5 or even 4-30-12 but they had no ratings like that! Maybe because Im in a different part of the contry that they may rate it differently here....I went to a hydro store and bought some FOXFARM 100% organic big bloom (see pic) but it is rated as 0.01-0.3-0.7....kinda confusing to me...being a noob! *LOL* Anyone familiar with this plant food? Is this a good choice Sensi? Thanks people!

[B]PERFECT CHOICE!! Start watering your plants with this in their veg state until they start to flower then i suggest switching to liquid Super Bloom

I beleive it is a good product, most are, but the word Bloom makes me think that it is for flowering, I am not familiar with this line, but look to see if they have a veg mix to go with that bloom mix you have hope this helps
