Purple Buds

I have a question about purple weed it looks so great and all but I want to know how I can get my hands on some homegrown purps. Do you have to do something to make it purple or does the plant have to be a purple strain.

I want to get a harvest like this

I hear that weed turns purple in colder conditioins. A mate of mine was growing outdoor and one plants leaves turned purple but it turned out to be male. Female stayed bright green.

There are strains that are purple... check out Sub Cool Genetics... :)

There are also growers that use dyed-water for their plants.... food coloring if I'm not mistaken.

Hahaha...thats funny never thought that would work.
So Purple only comes out if the plant is naturally like that..I just thought it would come out purple if the tempature is low, cold climate.

I checked out that site SubCool Genetics, they have a lot of strains odd ones to. Can they send seeds to U.S?:jointsmile:

haha purple food dye isnt going to make your plants turn different colours.. its all got to do with temperature and genetics

ive read somwhere that food dye tends to make the bud taste horrible and just slightly changes the color..its all in the genetics mann and yes they do ship to the US:thumbsup: for some mind blowing colors its the best way to go goodluck dude:D
