Pretty much anywhere it isnt limited to one area. I can't stand the people that think "ooooo the best bud is always in cali" or whatever i meen no offence to ppl that live there but you can find bud that matches it almost anywhere if you know people. Anyone with a good connect can get amazing stuff.

sure all these people are saying they hate when ppl say the best bud is in xxx, but sometimes its true. While im sure good weed has been grown in every state, the reality is you can always find A++ in cali. So cali has the best simply because of quantity. Im sure the other states get just as good weed occassionally.

and of course there are those hidden away extremely bomb bud sellers but those country home-growers are tough connects to find.
