ive only been smokin for the last few weeks. i dont smoke alot maybe three times a week. after every toke i cough...alot. its not very enjoyable and im wondering if this beause im new to it?

yeah once you've done it a while you wont cough as much or as hard. usually people cough after the first hit or two no matter how long they've been smoking if they take reasonably large hits.

Use a water pipe. They're easy to build on your own.
