hmm I'd keep an eye on that it could be a sign of something more serious

You said the blackness and lack of feeling overcame you 20 minutes later instead of, say, within 5 minutes of your puffs? Did you cough very hard after those puffs, as you said you sometimes do?

Have you ever had fainting episodes before? Ever had instances of orthostasis (dizziness and/or lightheadedness and/or fainting when you stand up)? Are you by chance on any other sorts of medicines or was alcohol involved on your Halloween night episode? Ever been diagnosed with any sort of heart irregularity like an arrhythmia? Have anyone in your family who has any history of heart failure?

I do think this is something you might want to watch very carefully. It concerns me. My husband, who works as a cardiologist, was asking some of these questions I wrote above. If it continues, definitely consider having a thorough physical and check of your cardiac health. Fainting/passing out can be a sign of all sorts of things, from simply being high and hypoxic (not well oxygenated from a combination of smoking and coughing) to having syncopal (fainting) episodes as a result of some cardio-electrical problem.

ok i have severe panic attacks, the first time whas wehn i was locked up.... as wiki says they pretty much just pop up on you, no warning or anythinj

the strongest one left me blind for 15 minuts, yet i was cautions because i could hear people tal to me and evenutally carry bme back to my bunk, but beforeoyu r vision goes sparkly with colorsz... little color dots....frew minute BEFORE that i started getting really jittery (the shakes) and could and i ligerally saled ,u c;ptjes empigj wotj seat os was dropping from the obviously you were

I would just take some smooth hits! don't try and rip them all the time! Also if you hold in your power hits too long, that could be a factor of how you feel also, because of the lack of oxygen going to your brain! If your symptoms continue i would call the doc to get some bloodwork done/ be evaluated my friend! You dont always have to be a power toker, it all works the same.....Keep me informed on your situation and take care buddy

Well i think i have that panic thing too...when i smoke too much of some killer weed, its like i gonna get a heart attack any time, and if i turn my head to the side i get that strange feeling like my brain is gonna fall out of my head...I like to get high, but not too high..

yea ok thanks for the concerns but i dont think its a heart problem because ive accually went to the hospital for this and got an ekg while it was happening and they said everything was normal. i think it was a panic attack because of what slipknotphsyco said about the colred dots before you kinda backout and you get the jitters. i think i just need to take it easy instead of taking huge rips.... and build my tolerance up!

Either you have low blood pressure or you got like 35% THC :)

might be a combo of both low blood pressure and high potent buds. cause im really chill when i smoke. and it was dank bud... the kind you can smell a mile away and go daayyyuummmm!!!

If you have a heart condition then it could be serious. When you smoke you will get an increased heart rate and it could get going really fast. If you don't have a heart problem then I would just say that you were tired and couldn't handle it. or maybe since it was halloween you were on a sugar high and then go high on cannabis and the two cancelled another out making you faint.

You would need to see a heart specialist who would prescribe you medication, or recommend surgery depending upon what condition you might have.
