How do YOU pack your bowls?

Im curious to know everyone's technique. I've seen some just drop a nug in, to others having intricate ways of breaking up the weed. How do YOU do it?

umm i grind the buds
and just get fingerfulls and pack it into the bowl

but when im high its totally different. i take forever packing lol

i get it in there tight so it keeps going, some say it doesnt burn the same but i like it cause it seems to go forever and you dont have to keep packing...by then i am one pie eyed guy.:jointsmile:

I usually break the bud up with my fingers into smaller peices, plug it with a decent size nug, and light up. I also prefer my bowls tighter packed...it may be me but I fell like they burn better/last longer?

I grind the bud up with a nice metal grinder, and I lightly pack the bowl to the top and spark up. Packing it tightly just don't hit as good as when you pack it lightly, it seems to restrict some of the smoke that you could actually be inhaling.:jointsmile:

i love when my stuffs allready broken up and cleaned out (usually the last corner of my bags) i just put my bowl in the bag and scoop some up then put on the cap in the bag so none goes nowhere...when its buds i drop one in the top of a tin and break it up and pick out all the dumb stuff then pack it up over the tin

I just drop some in loosely from my medicine bottle stash(i use a torch lighter)

take a sheet of paper, fold into four.
drop nug in the still folded paper
take scissors and chop it up fine
open up the paper and pack the bowl
scrape kief off paper with plastic card (i like using my license, my way of sticking it to the man)

Also i pack my bowls lightly, that way u can burn the entire thing fast, and have a nice hit. I pack tighter bowls for when i am smoking w/friends, more then one hit to a bowl, but i usually only burn a side or something.

My stuff is usually ground up, so I find a decent sized nug the place a top the hole of my pipe so nothing falls in, then i sprinkle enough to fill the bowl to it's max- usually takes 3-4 good full pinchfuls. Then I give it a nudge to the left and right to pack it, and sprinkle another pinchful on top.

I find that ground up stuff burns MUCH nicer than an actual ripped off piece from a big nug. Maybe it's just me?

i like to grind mine and pack it tightly, it cherries so well and lasts me a long time i can usually get twice the amount of hits out of a tightly packed gound up bowl.

I typically just pinch out from my pre-ground airtight glass jar that I use for local smoke sessions and pat it down into the bowl.

i usually hand break up buds into a bunch of small pieces. it seems to burn better when you break it by hand plus u get to inspect ur shit as ur doin it

i take whatever nug i plan to use and usually stick the stem into the hole of the pipe/stem etc. and fluf the bud out so that it fills the whole bowl. it seems to burn slower this way cause it covers more area.

I have a grinder so i grind the bud up, and then put it in and pack it with my lighter usually

i dont even pack bowls anymore... i smoke just hash out of pips (broken into 2-3 flattened peices), and when I hit the bong i pack personal snaps (conserves weed, no ass hit).

That's exactly how I load my bud. Most people don't care either way but to me ground up bud is so much nicer to smoke, especially out of a nice bubbler.

I cut my weed up and I pack it tightly, but not too tight (or else you can't suck any smoke through, and that pisses me off b/c then you have to unload it and start all over again)

i always grind up my weed in a metal grinder. i pack bowls loosely to the top, but with the bong (which i use almost exclusively), i only pack 1 hit up at a time. i pack a nice fat hit though. i like this way the best because it is always a nice green hit and tastes fresh. it is a little bit more work, but with an ashtray at hand, it isn't too bad. after years of daily experience i have found that if i take about 4 individual green hits spaced about 5-10 minutes apart, i get much higher, for much longer, than when i used to just pack it up fat and smoke them all in a row.

if my weed is already grinded, i get a finger full and squeeze it together and stuff it onto the bowl but if my weed is ungrinded; i just rip off a bit and then put it in the bowl and smoke away :D

I've got a screen so I just grind a little bit up as much as I can and pack it in there nice and tight. Not too tight, cause then my screen will cave in :jointsmile:

Sometimes when I'm really fucking lazy I'll just toss a nug in there and flame that shit up. I get higher when I grind it cause I get bigger hits. Whatever works :thumbsup:

I usually break mine up somewhat. I don't have a grinder so I use my hands and just break it up pretty well then pack a good-size bowl. I don't pack tightly. I just fill up the bowl then press down and maybe put a little more in. I usually pack pretty good bowls.

i usualy start by taking out my weed. Then i take some in my fingers, and get this. i put it in the bowl (im about to throw another curveball). After that i light it up. ooooh ahhhhhh

ive never heard of packing a bowl with a grinder, i just cut it up with a knife so my sticky fingers dont take off any trichs usually into smaller chunks then just pack it down

i put the weed in there then take a pen or something and push it in the keep doing that until i fill it to the top.
