damp and brown

picked up some really damp brownish colored bud last night, got me high but not as high as i usaully get. any idea whatit might be was real leafy

If it's brown it's probably not good, make sure it's not moldy. If it carries a damp musky smell to it then it's deffinatly questionable smoke.
Maybe caused ny being stored badly.

It could be that the bud dried out, and they used something, perhaps a citrus peel to get it wet. I have had that happen to me.
