Would it be alright to add a little h202 to the water i've been feeding my seedlings? some are fresh out of germination, the older ones appear like they are already rotting from the rockwool...

Yes, it fine to add a little h2o2. It will do a couple of things (maybe more): kill mold and fungus, and release more oxygen into the water for the roots. BTW, the natural PH of rockwool is too high (around 7.5 or something), so you may want to lower the PH of your water some more.

I'm not sure about this one, but I don't think it would cause a problem. Perhaps me bumping to the top will help get a solid answer.

I think you said that you soaked this rockwool, so that should not be an issue. If this is not the case, it needs to be taken care of somehow.
