Hey all' I was just wondering what techniques you use to make black hash such as methods and equiptment used. I used about 1 3/4lbs, at 1/2lb per bucket... soaked it in 99% isopropyl alcohol for 36hrs then used a fish fry netting that i got from walmart for your baby pet fishes to filter out the dark green alcohol cocktail into a pie pan or some other non-teflon pan such as a cookie or meat-loaf pan. Then i used a brand new long-tube sock, stuffed it with the soaked dope and wrung it out to get the remaining fluid, being careful not to get any matter in the fluid. then i Either 1. do all this outside (best if you live on a farm) and set the fluid on fire with a lighter and let it burn down, the flames will get big and burn hot so take caution, which brings 2. indoors, i position the pan so that it is under the highest point of the ceiling. I then cover the pan with aluminum foil and cut out pop-can size holes spaced about 6 inches on center along the sides and then one hole about twice as big in the center cut so it looks like an asterisk.. this is your flame control, open it up with a clothes hanger to make a bigger flame and quicker burn, also burns hotter and gives more smoke, close it to damper the heat, burn time, and smoke. disconnect any fire-alarms and use those old-skool steel weight-lifting weights underneath the pan so that it doesn't burn the floor or counter, whatever you're cooking on.
