Odyssey
This weed was delivered by Dealer McDope to our house, on his way to Del Taco. It's a strain known as The Odyssey, and was originally developed for HopeNet dispensary in San Francisco but was so popular it has since been distributed throughout California. we picked up an 8th for $50.
Pre-Smoke Examination:
The buds are lumpy, long, and irregular. They are a dark green with bright orange hairs, and each of the clumps are extremely dense. It's also extremely aromatic, with a unique scent compared to a Kush or Skunk. It's smell is more flowery, like rose blended with coriander. Almost perfume-esque.
Post-Smoke Examination:
Despite the density, it breaks up very well and can be ground up even easier. The fragrant smell translates to it's taste as well, and the hits are mind-numbingly dense. The bowl burns fast and and if the hits were any thicker, you'd be coughing on the floor curled up in a fetal position.
The high sits on your eyes, and the top of your head, and two hits will make you too high to go to the grocery store. I held my first hit in forever, and totally went to the death star. It was fabulous.
