Question for mod/admins

i got a question for a mod/admin, how exactly did i become from a register user to become a register+, i'm not complaining about it or anything, i was just wondering how did i become this, plz anwser me back, cuz i'm just curious

I'm not a mod or admin, but the + means you have 25 or more posts, and can now give rep points.

It seems though sometimes variations in the 2 weeks/ 50 posts happen. For instance you don't have 50 posts but it has been longer than 2 weeks since you joined so that may be why you got the + before 50 posts.
