Cleaning lightbulb vape??

So I made a lightbulb vape a few weeks ago, but I haven't used it much because of various reasons, but one of the main reasons I don't use it is that I feel that I'm wasting my weed.

I put about a gram into it the first time I used it, and when I was finished I took the duff out and smoked it later as an experiment (note: got me kinda high but tasted horrible). Anyway, I've still got a lot of weed in the bulb that is just stuck to the bulb. Is there any way to clean it without just washing all the weed out of it?

I can't think of a way to do so however if you really want those leftovers just wait till your done with that particular bulb (when it's burnt or cracked) and carefully break open the glass (wear gloves to protect your hands).

Yea, that's what I was afraid I'd have to do. I suppose I'll just use it until it needs replacing and just get the leftovers that way. Thanks

speaking from experience, the glass on lightbulbs is too thin. and just scorches the weed. you need to find something with thicker glass so it doesnt heat up to quickly and not all in one spot. i'd just dump the weed out the same way you got it in. if you break it, then there will be bits of glass that are small and you cant see. and just think what kind of damage that could cause if somehow that was inhaled into your lungs. prob. be best to throw it away, and cut your losses

If you use a 100-watt bulb, the glass isn't too thin. To clean off the inside where things have kinda stuck to the bulb, pour in a little salt and shake it/spin it around for a while. The inside may still look a little cloudy from resin build-up. Pour in a little rubbing alcohol and it will dissolve it. Just make sure you let all the alcohol evaporate after you've poured it out, since those fumes are pretty combustible! To be safe, you can rinse out the alcohol with water, but water take longer to evaporate.

Well, I went to clean it and the damn thing broke before I got to the sink. I guess it was time for it to go anyway. My new bubbler was made to cheer me up afterwards :)

Although the point is moot now, what i like to do is just heat the whole bulb and vaporize the tiny pieces of bud. you only get about 1 1/2 tokes, but every bit counts. after you do this, alcohol and salt works pretty well

Use a very tiny bit of erb, broken up extremely finely.

You can use pipe cleaners to clean it out.

It is the most efficient way to conserve weed when you are low.

i love vaps. they are very great to get you an awsome high with a lil herb.

how i clean it : remove the ash on the outside from lighter residue by wiping it down with a tissue. if you do it every time you smoke and get all of it off, you can use it for a while.

then every time after I use it, I fill it with water, dump it, shake it, do it til almost all of its out.

finally i stick a tissue, toilet paper, or paper towel piece in it, and use a pencil and rub it around to get any ash or whatever. then i use tweezers to get it out, as the whole is too small.

I have kept some of them for months, and they worked just fine.
