Busted and confused

Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

So about 2 weeks ago me and my buddies were on a trip to omaha when we get pulled over. It was very obvious we were stoned so of course he that was one of the first things he mentioned to us. We were real honest so he just wrote us some tickets and confiscated our green.

I still haven't gotten a summons in the mail so i called the courthouse. They told they had nothing on record about the charges and to call back when i got something in the mail.

So my question is, should i go to court, or not?

hahah my friends got handcuffed and had to watch the cops throw it on the ground and stomp on it then they took their bowls and let them go with no charge....... asshole 5-0

man, I'd go to court...my friend just recently had the same problem, it was never in the computer and nothing ever came in the mail, but on the court date his name was on the list.

it might not be turned in at all and the cop might have just wanted some free weed, but it's better safe than sorry man...it could be worse...I didn't get it taken from me and let go...I spent time in jail...400 miles from home

unless you were moving weight you wont go to jail, at least none of my friends who are from nebraska have. but call the court house about a few days before your date and plan on going. if you are not on a docket, you should be free. cops are dumb.

right, depends on where you are and what mood the judge is in...here the max is 1 year 1,000.00 fine for any amount...it sucked pretty bad...of course all I did was smoke twice as much once I was done with all the legal shit haha.

we had some sheriffs in utah county one time do something odd.

friend and 3 of us got pulled over on the highway by a sheriff for driving with a doughnut spare tire.
long story short, the cop said WOW this is some great weed, "which it was some the best shit i had seen in LONG time" Do you smoke a lot of this? my friend replied "more the some and less the others".

the deputy called for back up and 2 other cars arrived and the 3 sheriffs got into one car and told us to shove off and they left in 1 car.

according to the NORML website, first time offense under 25 grams is just a civil citation. Although there are the rockefeller drug laws.......

Does the ticket have a court date on it? If it does and you want to fight it or try to get a better deal, then you should go based on what the ticket says.

I called the courthouse again and they told me i was going to get something in the mail, and to mail it back with $365 by the 20th. Oh well, at least im not going to be on probation or anything like that.

my buddies got arrested on there travel to visit me with 9 different kinds of dank (chembud, sensi star, fruity tooty, OG, SD and a couple others). Well the cop smelt bud comin from the car so he pulled em over and put all the bud on the hood (over a O all together), while they were in the cop car, they heard the two cops talkin to each other sayin "this stuff is better than the stuff we got last time, its really good"... cops took em to jail and only put down a 1/4 oz. thats good and all but, what happend the the other 3/4 of bud??? po po smokin the do do?? :detective1:

I remember getting busted with some buds getting high in a car as a kid and getting busted by a cop...he threw our weed on the ground in a puddle and let us go.
