when do you sweeten your bud? with what?

I know there are many products for sweeting bud.....what do you use? At what point during the grow do you start adding your sweet stuff?

I use unsulfured molasses- I start using when my plants stretch before flowering but you can use before if wanted- look up molasses in the search section and there will be plenty of info there- made a BIG difference for me this season
