Ok so the other day I went to my usual guy and picked up an 1/8th of some really good buds. Now this guy always has top shelf weed it was very crystally, nice green, and a very citrus smell that stunk up my room. So I've been smoking is for the past two days, and today I'm breaking up one of the buds and a small seed came out, and then it happened with another bud later this same day. Now my question is why did this amazing bud have seeds? I've just never seen this kind of really good weed with any seeds in it, i was confused. Anyways the high is amazing so I don't really care, but if anybody knows why let me know.

Bottom line:

if female plants (the ones that produce the buds) are never exposed to any males or hermies = no seeds whatsoever.

if exposed to males all throughout grow = lots of seeds

That's accually pretty lucky. Grow a couple of plants with them. What probably happened was a male or hermi got pulled just a little too late, and got a few flowers. nothing to worry about, as you said the bud is good.

Those seeds are more likely than not to be the result of a hermaphrodite pollination with no Y chromosome and therefore genetically FEMALE!

I figure that's what happened on my very first grow. I had two females, but they seeded for some reason, about 11 seeds total. My next grow from seed, I used those seeds. I germed 9 plants, all female. Loverly.
