18/6 or 24 hours lightning for autoflowering plant(lowryder)?

Hi,

for flowering lowryder no.2, would you recommend 18/6 hour or 24 hour lightning?
I mean is there any benefit from the 6 hour dark period? Or will it yield more if on constant lightning?

I was thinking maybe 20/4 would be the best way to go?

The lowryder 2 is autoflowering, so it should flower even with 24 hour lightning, btw...

So my question pretty much is, is there any benefit from the dark period for the plant?
