if you have a 'non-farting strain' of dog, I would definitely use it in a breeding program ... I would cross it with my favorite strains of 'farting dogs', and hopefully benefit from 'hybrid vigor' ... a better, sweeter-smelling dog, possibly with enhanced medical benefits, could result ...

your dog really does fart. it is just kind enough to go into another room to do it. consider yourself lucky and praise the mutt accordingly.:hippy:

it has alot to do with the food you feed him... i have 4 dogs, and the only one whose farts you can smell is Bankys... although, they all burp and loudly, especially after a bowl of warm milk.

That is definitely an anomaly. You're lucky. My dog farts and then runs away from his ass, staring at it, like he doesn't know what happened.

My mutt both burps and farts. Sometimes she's funny when she farts. You'll hear bbwwaatttt! then she look around at her ass like,"What was that?". But my daughter's Jack Russell Terrier is just rank. She'll be on her leash in the kitchen, and we'll be in the living-room, and god, someone will say, "What the hell died?"

Slip, that's because a Chihuahua is not a 'real' dog, it's a dog-rat hybrid, and you must have gotten the non-farting pheno.

My The Tess farts epically and boy can she clear a room. I don't have to use odor control on my grow because you can't smell ANYTHING over the reek of the fumes from her butt.

The best, though, is when she's just finished breakfast, and I'm sitting in a chair drinking coffee, all 70 lbs of her will jump in my lap, and she gets this weird look on her face, pushes her big snout right up to my chin, and lets out a resounding belch. This happens almost daily. I'm not sure how much of my morning energy is derived from the caffeine... or from some gaseous substance in her burps.

I often wondered why they don't have scented 'fart suppositories'.
Glade could make a fortune...Glade Plug-Ins.
(eew...that smells like shit and roses...)
also:
If you save a fart, does it come back up later, as a burp?

Wait.... you're volunteering to plug something into the butt of a dog large enough to stink up a room?
Ehhhhhh... that's ALL you, bro.

Yes, but is it flushable? Biodegradeable? Does it double as a handy place to stash joints in your purse?
:D
