In the last year I have developed major headaches that happen almost everyday about the same time. Tylenol and other pills worked at first but my body quickly built up a tolerance so I began to smoke twice as frequently to help the aches subside and of course they did. But recently I was caught with a small amount of bud and now because of court order I have to take UA's and if anything shows up I'll be incarcerated. Is it about time I attempt to get a medical card? Would a doctor even accept this as a valid reason?

I don't believe Minnesota has a medical marijuana law, but even if it did I doubt it would have any effect on your situation. For the most part, the medical marijuana laws don't override other laws/rules such as employer drug tests, parole drug tests, or even rules rental companies have against drug use. I would try my best to stay clean if I were you, but it would be a good idea to see a doctor about that and maybe you can get something prescribed that will help without risking being incarcerated. Good luck!
