Question about private messages

I can't seem to figure out how to send private messages. Is there like a certain number of posts you have to have before you can send them?

I asked the same question just yesterday...lol. Here's the reply I got from a regular member (a mod, I think)

[Nope, this site doesn't have the pm function turned on for legal reasons; everything going on here is visible to the outside world, therefore no one can say that cannabis.com helps facilitate illegal activities except for cultivation and personal use in any way. It keeps EVERYONE here safer.]
