NORML lists VA's fine and incarceration times for posession, but it fails to mention the worst penalty this state has to offer the common smoker- the dreaded 6 month driver's license suspension. I don't know about you, but I'd rather spend 10 days in jail than not be able to drive for half a year. And that happens even on the first offense, automatically. It freaks me out everytime I pick up a bag. This state sucks, after I finish school I'm out of this s#$# hole!
