PM's to other members

I'm new here, and have a general question. Is there a way to PM other members? I've looked at posts and individual's profiles, can't seem to find anything. Is it possible that maybe these members just have their pm's turned off?

Nope, this site doesn't have the pm function turned on for legal reasons; everything going on here is visible to the outside world, therefore no one can say that cannabis.com helps facilitate illegal activities except for cultivation and personal use in any way. It keeps EVERYONE here safer.
