When do i add nutes

hi!
THis is my second grow.. UNfortunately my first grow i had to destroy 6ecuz of the pigs:(...
ne wyaz i used store bought potting soil and im not sure when i shoudl start adding fetilizer to the soil.. i tryed adding a very dilute amopunt 2 days ago and immediately the plant look laffected 6y it.. all the leaves started to curl up at the edges so in fear of destroying 6eautiful crop i wen back to regular watering... i figured there were too many nutes in the soil because the plant hasnt used up all the pre-mixed fert already..

im in the 4th week of growth and the plants are3 doing very well. the tallest plant is a6out 12 inches tall maybe taller and the other two are about 2 inches shorter.. ALot of section have formed and alot of branches for bud production..

I need a little more details on your last watering.

What was the concentration of nutes you mixed? are you over watering? usually when you over nute or water the leaves turn yellow starting at the tips not shrivel up,

Heat what is that at in your grow room, my experiance is when the leaves shrivel up it is due to to much heat or under watering.

Also you are in 4th week and plants are 12" high. Time to go to flowering cycle and nutes, I would wait on nutes untill we figure out why your plants are sick.

i usually add nutes during veggie stage Or when there about 12'' high as Jerry mentioned , but as far as your problem just flush your plants and test the run off water cuz your probably over fert your plants, how much water do you use and what size are your pots?....upload some pics of the sick plants so it would be easier to get help..i hope all is well....

Here are a couple of pics of the plants... for the most part the plants are doign healthy and growing like crazy..


PLAnts are in a 2x3 growing spcae with a 100 wat MH light i also have a HPS light and ballast..( plan to use during flowering..) what are the benefits of using both MH and MPS at the same time...Put them n2 flowering phase already? r u sure i know they're are big but they were planted only on the 4th of october...

i dont use any fert right now.. the mix i used was a 10-10-10 solution i think it was called vigro.. i corrected the pH. When i tested it it came out to be around 7.6!

also anyone have advise for good fertilizers for veg and flow phase

OH ok i see whats going on... Whats going on is you have either Magnesium or Potassium...

And i know a lot of people are goin to disagree but "A LOT" of people have used this and i mean A LOT, even if they dont wanna admit it....if i were you i would use Miracle Grow potting soil.....People dont use it no more cause its "Cheap" and they have money for "fancy dirt" lol.. but its worth a try and to help you more i'll give you a link to the problem

oh word... damn weed grows fast as shyt!!! i neva thought it would be liek this...
i have no idea wether these are mle or female. i didnt do the early sexing or anything.. it's hard to tell wether or not they're male or female by the traits because i used random seeds of diferent fire weed i smoked...

thanx on helpin me out with this alot of ppl view the forum but do not reply that gets me mad as shyt....

so use the miracle grow potting soil.. aight thats wast up.. wat about this fox farm ocean forest shyt ibeen hearing about...:rasta::wtf:

Well, the best bet is too read up on different items and think it over, and what ever sounds good to you then you should get it and not ONLY cause it sounds good but make sure its what your plants need....but i suggest the miracle grow, thats my opinion tho..

i plan to grow white widow along with sum other exotic shyt...

me n otha ppl do this for a hobby around the way... My friend cross breeds hybrids to come up with different strains.... it's wild.. he's curently trying to cross breed a WW with a low ryder in hope to get and potent plant with the THC of a WW and the short maturing time of lowryder...

Make sure you get the 'miracle grow soil with time release ferts' and fill each pot half with MG(Miracle Grow) and the other half with regular dirt... Now all you got left to do after that is water and take care of it... :rastasmoke:

ye they into the whole crossing breeding shyt... i just dun have the patience to wait 6 months to get the seeds that i want and then wait another 3-4 months to enjoy the benefits of that seed..

aight.. now when you say half and half.. u want me to mix it together after i pour it into the bucket or leave as is?
WHat do you mena by regular dirt.. OUtside dirt or just ppure soil with no added nutrients...

ay look i dont mean to ask all these qustions but i have a total of 67" height wise of gorwing room and 41" are already in use by the first growing box.. i want to have 2 grow boxes atthe same time one veg and one flower. would the rest of the space be tall enough for vegging cylce or no?
