I've heard this term used and seems to fit me well. The day after i smoke, i get this crappy feeling like im depressed and just dont feel too well. I smoke every now and then, is this because my tolerance is low and when i do smoke its too much? I hope there is a way to cure this because i just got some dank thatd id like to smoke soon

Well... it used to happen with me when i was starting to smoke, and only smoked now and then, or when i have a break. It happens when your body is more used to being sober than to being stoned... if you smoke regularly, you wont feel it anymore... but also your tolerance will increase.

Yeah, thats what I was afraid of. My friend said drinking gatorade would help that effect on me the day after? I love the bud, but I need to do something about this

I know that drinking anything which have vitamin C makes you better... dont know if gatorade does, but im sure some orange juice, or lemonade can help. Drink it when the high wear off, and in the next day and you will be better.

I felt the same way this past monday.

I just felt like sleeping in bed all day, is this common and can it really be cured!?

I feel like this the next morning or should i say afternoon, after i get high i hate the feeling, i just dont feel like doing shit, and smoking anything cigar, cig. doesnt help at all instead i just drink a whole jug of Oj and it tends to help also eating something helps out too.

I wonder why Vitamin C works? aka orange juice etc.
I agree on the food though. I just really dont like the feeling.
Its like a high-hangover.

I used to be the exact same way when I started. But just like coelho said
I guess if you smoke more regularly your body and mind will get used to it.

The next day? That sucks... I hope you find a remedy, man.

I feel burnt out after I come down sometimes, but usually it's at night and if I sleep it's gone by morning.

This will stop if you start smoking every day consistently. When I used to smoke about once a week only I'd feel like my brain was floating above my head for the day afterwards, but now after I come down I'm truly "sober." You build up a tolerance to the nasty effects, and sadly, the good ones as well.

Just drink alot of water. Lack of water is one of the leading reasons for daytime fatigue and the "burnt out" feeling. You may be dehydrated so drink your water.

Ding ding!

It also cleans your system faster and makes your highs better.

I feel that way when I come down, but not the next day. As the high wears off I feel so groggy and out of it - I've been smoking indica lately - all I've been able to get ahold of, and wondering if that has anything to do with it.
Next day, or even the same day after sleep it's gone, but I do have a hard time really focusing at work the day after, and my job usually requires a lot of concentration.

Stay hydrated and do something physical that you like. You know...fly a kite, go for a jog, climb a wall, have some sex. This will work out for you.

im not sure if this really means any thing but it seems to help me:

i ilke to take 1 aspirin before i smoke and 1 about ten minutes after. also 1 sometimes the morning after when i wake up to try to avoid burn out.

I used to get burntout just ridiculous. I'd feel just lazy and stupid for the next day well into the afternoon, now it maybe lasts for an hour or two once I first wake up. The higher your tolerance, the less burntout you'll be.

Yep, same thing happened to me when I first started smoking. You just need to let your body get used to it. Now a regular user, I don't really feel it anymore- I feel rejuvenated!

I don't know whether there is one grand cure-all, if I were you i'd just make sure my general health was optimal. poor diet and lack of exercise and essential vitamins might make it difficult for the body to restore itself to a normal sober state. One of the great things about weed is that there usually is no emotional comedown, just a physical fatigue. If your health is already in order I don't know what else to recommend except a natural stimulant tea or something. I drink yerba mate tea-clears the mind with no edginess or crash.
