Well maybe not a cure, but a damn good treatment. Virtually eliminates all presence of AIDS/HIV and allows your immune system to rebuild itself.

lol, like marinol(synthetic THC) which is $10 a pill..I doubt it will be close to affordable..it's all about making money, nothing more, nothing less..

This is definitely a great thing, but not a cure to AIDS. HIV and AIDS are tied together, but are two different things (HIV develops into AIDS). Its a big step in the right direction, though!
