Apparently you don't visit gaming boards too much. R&C for PS3 was being labeled at the game of the holiday season for PS3 for the past couple months. It's also a fairly highly regarded platformer on the PS2. Least coveted...yeah ok...

Rachet got a 9.0 at gamespot and Editors Choice
Rachet 2 got a 8.8 at gamespot
Rachet 3 got a 8.7 at gamespot.

All very good scores all of which went over very well with platforming fans on Sonys machine.

R&C4 was a highly anticipated title for many PS3 owners, not some obscure 360 title. It was very hyped up and was sorely needed to give the PS3 library something for the holiday season and yet again a PS3 exclusive flopped.

I agree with my mate from above. I love the series personally but different strokes for different folks. Everyone who has played it on ps3 has had nothing but good things to say about the game. Hell I might even pick up a ps3 just to play this one, but hey thats me and everyone else I've ever met who has played the game.
