No one to smoke with.

I'm fairly new to the forum but here i go. I started smoking about 2 1/2 months ago and i smoked alone until about 2 weeks ago when my friend tried it with me. I was happy cause at school it seems like everyone hates me because i smoke weed, and i finally had someone to smoke with.
This weekend we got high. After a while into the night he was freaking out cause he thought he was having a heart attack (he's overweight and is scared of having heart problems). So i told him that the heart beating fast is a fairly normal thing when you smoke weed. The next day at school he told me he isn't gonna smoke anymore because he thinks he's gonna die.
I'm okay with that though. Everyone can make there own choices, but what is kinda bringing me down is that I feel like a loner again cause everyone hates me:(.
I love weed and don't wanna stop but I hate everyone hating me, and feeling like a loner :(. What should I do.

And also, the friends I have right now are nerdy and all they do is talk about games. I wanna try to make some new friends (ones that like weed) but none of them like me.

What should i do. Should i just keep on toke'n alone or try REALLY hard to make new friends (which is really hard in my town).

And yes I'm 18 and i'm in grade 12.

Edit: I'm also bad about smoking because I had a really close friend completely dis-own me and i have another who is about to, and i don't have to many friends.

Anyways for the short term go to some parties and see if anyone busts out some weed or looks like they want to.Dont flaunt around saying your a badass because you so weed, just be mellow :jointsmile:

i would say toke with your dealer... chances are if s/he sell s/he smokes. offer to fade 5 bucks on a blunt or joint or whatever smoking method is agreed on.

Dont do anything different just for the purpose of making friends thats dumb. Just do what whoever said and go to parties.. its a party.. there are people there who want to toke but don't have any i guarantee you. If you have some herb.. you instantly become their best friend haha. peace.

Dude. Just a few months ago I use to be in the same position. Once in a while I'll smoke up with my dealer but I'm scared as shit, he is also a gun dealer xD! But now in my college everone smoke pot, especially my roommate.

chill with your dealer and find out who he knows... i remember the first time i smoked by myself for like a month and this kid came runnin up to me when i was outside smokin and he said do you wanna get reallllyyyy higgghhhh. and hes been my best friend since. dont ditch your old friends tho!

I went through a similar thing in high school, i was the first one to become a stoner outta my friends and they all said i was a fuck up for it...til i got em high now were all potheads :)

Dude its the fall, i dont know were your at but for my senior yr. i was god at school i knew were the best weed was, were to get it, how to judge everyone elses shitty weed and i started with 3 freinds and a geo metro by the spring i was the shit...how did i do it? didnt suck up to anyone, didnt ditch my freinds, and i didnt make myself something im not, what i did was simple. Me and my 3 freinds would sit in my car get an INTENSE hot box session goin then go to class BAKED OUT THE ASS, lol SMELLIN so wonderful, i would sit in my class and make the most stupidest jokes remarks and i would say the dumbest shit, pretty soon everyone wanted to know what i was smoking, I got in with the football players, in with the cheerleaders, in with techy guys, in with the drug dealers and was always in with the smokers and so many more people. Now i dont know if it will work for you but try coming into class baked for a week during the fall and youll be good atleast it worked for me,

I'm not sure going to class stoned will change things, considering everyone already "hates him for smoking weed".

Just continue to be yourself. Life tends to unfold the way it's supposed to. You'll meet people that will like you for who you are, not what you do. Your senior year is supposed to be the best time of your life (it was for me), our whole grade basically became friends and everyone went to everyone's parties, there weren't anymore cliques in our senior class.

If you're still having this problem after you graduate, don't sweat it, college is where you will really experience shit.

Sorry dude, but don't worry, people will start smokin' up over the months . . which part of Canada do you live in? Some areas are more weed-influenced than others. For example here, smoking pot is just as common as smoking tobacco (in our high school).

Thanks everyone for your input. I live in Alberta , near Edmonton in a town called Whitecourt. There is a lot of people who smoke pot in my school, it's just that the ones I know are a bunch of skateboarding dicks. i like skateboarding but the kids around here are assholes. pardon my French. lol :D

I'll just keep on smoking and everything should turn out for the best. It will just take a bit of time. :jointsmile:

That was some freaky ass shit, what kinda school do you go to, i luckily go to school in Oshawa, Ontario with a big school and im pretty popular (weed is huge in this school), but i live in Ajax and dont know any1 here which sucks but who the fuck cares ajax is gay anyway, but i dont feel depressed cause i solo blaze at home all the time and its awsome to solo blaze at midnight ......maybe a new school would help ? start on a new page Sorry for ramblin on just smoked a fuckin bat stoned:

Thats one of the many good things about pot. Being in school, it gives you an automatic friendship. Find someone to choke up with then meet their friends and pretty soon you'll have a little stoner gang goin. It's been like that for years. Remember the titles. Jocks, Geeks, Stoners, Popular rich fucks, and the metal dudes. But thats just the way highschool is.

I look at smoking alone as my time. My solace, if you will. I take that time to relax and recover from the stresses of life. It's the tiime when you can take those things you really do enjoy and multiply that feeling times a thousand. If somebody wants to call me a loner or a loser for smoking alone, so be it. I couldn't care less. I'd rather spend my high time getting lost in a good book, or movie, or cook the best meal of my life, or whatever it is you feel like doing then worrying about the petty things that in time, won't really matter anymore.. You don't need another person to smoke bro, relish in the moment, and really enjoy yourself.
