can i use these seeds? help

i am thinking about growing for the first time and i was wondering if i could use seeds that are in lower/mid grade marijuana that i buy?

any fertile seeds will do... its the lights and ferts...and soil....monitoring ph.... healthy plants man...course the better the seeds(or the weed you get them from) the better you are capable of producing good stuff....use the best stock you can get your hands on....and upgrade as you go...luck to ya
