How many seeds should i plant and in how many holes? My pot is small since this is my first attempt. It's about 6-8 inches in diameter.

One seed per pot. Germinate them first. This is a pretty basic question- it sounds like you need to do some reading. Click on the link in my signature.... :D

I got a already germinated seed planted in there...about how long should it take for me to see a sprout?

About a week at MOST. Don't overwater at this point. thx btw!
