Looks like to me that its outdoor weed that got harvested a little late, and was out in the cold, and the temp change made the color go purple. I could be wrong though.

Haha sorry its not photo shopped, spray painted, or shocked. Just Came out that way, I guess? Its my this guy I know grows medically and his whole plant was that Color, don't know why? because I am new to this. I was really faded after smoking that blunt.

I am not saying it was the fuckin Bombest Dank ever, was okay, but just thought i would share.

Sorry Only had my shitty phone for the picture. How would you even photo shop that too? Just curious, becuase that owuld take a minute to get the color, shade, 3d shadow, and blend the colors perfectly even....Whatever. :rastasmoke:

Found out it was Outdoor, and I was Wrong!!! >_< it was "Shocked" a tiny bit from the cold weather.....But it honestly wasn't that bad, I had a major Head High, but not so much a Body high. BTW the whole plant was a Deep purple, before the cold as well.

I would have taken more pictures but I only had my Phone on me. So next time my guy tells me he has some "real purple bud" I won't underestimate it :-), and will carry my digital from now on, along with a picture microscope, and a personal scientist. j/k.

if it were an overlay he wouldve had to take the time and recolor all the little spots where its not purple in the bud, there are still bits of oranges and browns on the bud and not to mention the stem isnt colored over either - it could be done but why would he waste his time on such a small amount of weed to brag on an internet board

I don't think it looks photoshopped, but it doesn't look that great. Not that I wouldn't smoke it, given the chance... I would. It looks alright, I guess. The purple doesn't really make it any better... and to be honest, it looks kind of like some purple beasters. Honestly, it does. Perhaps we could get a macro picture with a better camera, so that we could see the trichomes? However, from what I see there, it doesn't look like it's too potent. Not that potency is the ultimate factor in determining if bud is good - it just looks like some commercial purple-by-cold stuff. By no means am I trying to disrespect you, just being honest.

All I was trying to prove was that it has the characteristics of being photoshoped. Since I live in Mn I have seen my share of purple bud, but these just look different than what I am used to seeing. I would post pics to show you the difference but I lost my camera somewhere in the woods.

if you look at the pic you can see a green bud leaf and its clearly green and i see a couple other green leaves too.. sure it could have just fallen off the bud, but it was all completely purple. just looks photoshopped to me

You can photo shop just the color of the bud quite easily asigning a color to the apropriate
bud colors. I notice no denial. I appreciate the different look of purple buds but it could be any color and the quality, taste and smell are what I enjoy.

Haha, I was reading this and thinking these people are stupid I got bud JUST like that and I live in Oregon too. It was straight purple, has a pungent sweet smell, and when you smoked it the taste was VERY unique.

Hey I don't know if it is photoshoped or not, it doesn't look that great, where are the tricomes? Anyways, just for some perspective here is a sample of GDP that I had, tight small nugs, great flavor and great kick!! Very good head/body change with a nice gradual effect peaking and leveling off and sustaining for some time. It's not a great picture quality wise, but it was frosty with compared to the super-duper sample that started this thread milder purple tones.
