when would you flower these thai?

i reckon they should go under 12hr light quite soon

just wanted some experienced growers advice

thai grass
5 weeks old
1 ft tall
grow space=5ft
250w cfl nights
400w hps days

i need to borrow a camera and a pc before i can post any pics

i know plants can double in size when flowering dont wanna outgrow my space

how tall shoul i go before budding up?
