I know from reading you've answered hundreds of these, but I wanted to give my specific circumstance.
I was a daily smoker for a couple of years about 10 months ago....I then quit for a career change. The past 3 months I found a window of "safe" smokage once a month that I'v taken advantage of. Monthly random tests give me 1 weekend a month (just after random names are pulled) that i feel safe smoking. I dont need much weed on these occasion (5-6 hits).
I'm 6'3" 270 pounds...was a college Defensive tackle and until recently have religiously spent 3-5 days a week in the gym to keep the muscle mass i acquired during football. Iv slowed down considerably in the past 2 months, but still manage to stay relatively consistent.
I smoked yesterday (Friday) for my 1 weekend a month pleasure (bout 6 hits off dugout), but have learned that i may go to a new job Tuesday that may require me to take a test. (10 panel) Prior to last night it was 3 weeks since my last toke.
What advice can you offer? I'm not going to do any rigorous exercise after reading a paper from this site stating not to exercise rigorously the week before a test, but rather intake a lot of calories. I know the whizzonator is an option, but I'd feel more comfortable pissin for myself if at all possible.
In your opinion, what do you think is my risk factor? With my infrequent smokage and size, will hydration and high calorie foods reduce my thc level in the 3-4 days i may have to drop? I will spare no expense to ensure a clean test, but as Iv read drinks dont seem to be too reliable....as compared to dilution.
