Need some help i have 4 bigbud plants that are having thier roots eatin leaves are starting to die.

what do i us to kill them?

and should i start running a root stimulator to ge root growth back.

Umm...flame, and not a little...

But seriously-

Sounds like you've got a good infestation going- bummer.
Arthopods can usually be controlled by application of beneficial nematodes, but it doesn't sound like you have time to establish a predator population.

Abamectin and spinosyn products should both be effective applied as soil drench, or you could go to a malathion based product... but any of these would be something I'd be hesitant to ingest for quite a while after application.

Can you give a more specific species ID? Might point to a more specific regimen.

hey are little white bugs that are crawling around eating my roots i can see them when they come up when i water. neeed help they are going to kill a pound]

Well rhizome is one our finest minds imo.....but from what I understand of his answer there doesn't seem to be an easy solution.
