^I'm pretty sure the reason they ask for your address is to confirm the people signing that are real people, if you notice it does allow people outside of California to choose their state so I don't think giving a fake address is really needed, it just means a little more if you do honestly live here.

This is a bit old though and I was wondering if the governator was going to give a comment on this issue? ASA hasn't followed up with this and I'm still wondering if we are ever going to get a firm answer about the issue. I think ASA needs to be a bit more demanding for a public response!

The protest at his LA office was just over a week ago, and I'm not sure how they can be more demanding than a protest... You can always email Don at ASA and he will return your message, probably in under a week but they are busy with the DEA raids as you can imagine...

Anyway if you are a member, cool! If you are not a member you should at least donate a few bucks so these people can fight for you

Yea I am a member, and love what they do, just giving some constructive criticism. Maybe we should have another protest, one on the weekend with more people, I'd be down :)

I guess I was expecting Arnold to give a public statement because I remember reading an e-mail that ASA had talked to his people the day before and said they had a good conversation, well, that conversation is meaningless if Arnold only supports medical marijuana in secret, he needs to go public and tell the DEA to lay off! I know he's in a bit of a tough spot, stuck between his Californian's, and his republican party, but he needs to be a leader and make a statement already. He should have made a statement the day of the protest, what the hell is he doing?

Yeah nailhead, I want him to take a stand too! He is in a position that is tough being a Republican and married to a Kennedy, but STILL he should apply a little muscle (pun intended) to the Feds to get us moving in the right direction, IMHO.
