Hey guys its been awhile since I have made an appearance on this wonderful board. So many things have been going on lately its hard to pick a place to start.

Ive been working my ass off as usual. 50+ hours a week but man do those paychecks look sweet on Friday.

Ive also began my fertility drugs :dance: I take them only 5 days out of the month. So that also means my smoking habits of our sacred magic plant has come to a halt. But that is fine with me because it is worth it. But Im am wondering if it would be ok to smoke if I know for sure Im not pregnant that month until its time to start trying again. Anyone think that would be ok, or should I just abstain completely until after I have a baby?

For anyone who remembers my thread on my corrupt boss taking money from the store she got canned, and we got a new boss that I love.

I got a pet turtle and named her Cricket she is awesome. I had too after I seen Tallulah's pics of her turtle. My husband hates turtles and I didn't know how passionately he hated them until after I got one.

Everything seems to be going good right now. Just thought I would stop by and say hi since I have a few mins of down time.

So how is everyone??

Glad to see you here, Dro! Glad you're starting some fertility drugs, too. In about three more weeks, I will finally be an aunt. Maybe sooner. I'm so thrilled. This is only the second grandbaby in our family, and my son is 21, so it's been far too long since we've had a baby in this bunch. Our boy could have used some competition for all the grand-parental attention a lot sooner.

Sounds like you've been keeping busy and having fun. I wondered what had happened with that boss situation at your work. Last I remember reading, she had gotten canned but then it looked like she was about to be reinstated. I was worried that that situation might have backfired on those of you who worked with her and knew she was a crook. Come around more frequently! Did you see Mrs. Greenjeans is back with us? What a happy day when both Mrs. G and Dro P are here!

i would strongly advise to just not smoke in till after you have the kid, because i guess a false negative would be possible....well i really don't have any legitimate reasoning but i would just recommend not :)

yeah a pregnancy test like if you were to test at the end of the month and come up negative and start smoking again, and you were actually pregnant

That is possible, but those tests are 99.9% accurate. Besides I wouldn't smoke until I started my period and taken a test. Its not that I have to smoke it just helps with the monthly cramps, and huge amount of stress and muscle aches from work.

Ive spoken with my OB about marijuana use and she is actually pro pot. Next visit I'm going to ask her about the effects on a fetus. I do know that some Dr's have recommended women to have a little in the morning for morning sickness. But no one really knows what bad effects it could cause.

Just to be clear I'm not condoning the use of cannabis while pregnant.
