Slow Growth?

Hey guys im new to the site, i decided to join after starting my first plants but im having a problem. My plants dont seem to be growing, there about 3 inches tall with small leaves, they are a month and a half old. Any progress theve had in growing is very very slow. i didnt know if anyone knew what the problem is, or could be. A few responses would be much appreciated:jointsmile:

The most common mistakes are too much water, too much nutes and too much or too little light.

need more info than month and a half 3 inches tall small leaves. the problem could be almost anything very first thread in tis topic gives a good list of info needed to be provided.

i went away for a weekend and left my plantsunder light. i come back and the bottom ,leaves are druping and a whitish green. im pretty sure its not good.
