Growing WEED in a cabinet that is lil over 4 ft high 2 ft wide 2 ft in depth

I am looking for any info I could get on growing in a cabinet I have pics new to this site and growing never made it past the seed lol I have a plant ten days now from seed to plant is there any way to post my pics so u can see my cabinet i also need lighting tips scared ill burn my place down lolololo my plants light cycle is 6 am on 12 am off is this ok too and how and when should i be changing it i have read so much and heard so much from friends but everyone says something diff hope i hear from soem of you thx

ok I obv have read everything i could find in here and more i have been to 50 websites maybe i should just buy a book but then why else ask questions if im told to look at other ppl questions while thats not my uestion soooo I am new to this obv but my cabinet is a small pantry from walmart 50 bucks you kno the kind one door just over 4 ft high and and all other dim are 2 ft I had no idea i had to switch the light untill i came here it says to switch the times and lenths but not the actuall bulb so if anyone could lend me a hand that be gr8 thanx

star yes you can post pics. just go down to where it says "go advanced" and scroll down. you will see where it says "manage attachments". just locate your pics by using the "browse button" and then hit upload. as far as lighting, the choice is yours as far as hps, cfls, etc but you will need an intake and exhaust for ventilation. you have to get that heat out and fresh air in.if you can get your pics posted, myself or someone on here can help you out a little better.:thumbsup: as far as lighting times, for veg you can go with the light on 24 hrs. when it comes time to flower the lighting time will need to be switched to 12 on/12 off. some people use the 18/6 for veg and then switch to 12/12.:thumbsup:

another quick question how smelly does this get for one plant and can i just put a fan do i need to have a duct and air vent or whatever ???? i really dont want that its ugly and i dnt really have the room ???

hey star,

its gonna smell. some strains smell more than others do. You can always build yourself a carbon scrubber to kill the smell or you could just get yourself an ozone generator especially if you plan on having more than one plant.
