Ok....let me try this again ;)
I am 32, 5'5, smoke avg. 1 joint a day for the last 5 yrs. I was shocked today with a request to submit to a drug screening in about 1 week. I have already started with the water but from what I read it doesn't really help. Do I try Niacin? I passed about 10 yrs ago after smoking all night long, I was called at 9am to submit a sample by 2 pm and I passed with a crapload of water and Niacin. This job is really important and I had I known or even suspected this requirement...I would have stopped. It's not that I can't. I stopped while PG and I can do it for a job. Its an Executive Assistant job and I have never had to drop for a clerical position. DARN it...why now???

Passing 10 years ago with dilution was easier because creatinine clearance (which helps detect dilution) wasn't a part of many drug tests so drinking a lot of water to pass was easier. If you can get a clean donor or order a synthetic urine such as Quick Fix is your best bet. Pre employment drug screens are not observed (watching the urine leave the body and enter the cup) unless you give them cause. Subbing may sound like a hard and risky task but with practice it isn't hard at all. A joint a day and 1 week clean time makes dilution a viable option but honestly subbing is easier and more effective. You can practice securing your sample to your body or you can use your female assests to hide a 2 ounce bottle of your sub sample.

Just have a quick question about your screen name...do Real boobs that look fake rule also?:thumbsup:

Ok...back to the matter at hand. I am really clueless about this subbing process. How do I keep it warm? I have one of these "heart heating" thingie I use for my migraines. You boil it for 10 mins until it liquidfies (sp) and use it on pressure points or temples to relieve pain. It has a metal tab on the inside that you can "pop" to reheat the heart. Would this be a good way to keep it warm?

It's the opposite, fake boobs that look like "perfect" real boobs is the goal! I'm not as shallow as that sounds. :D I find intelligence a bigger turn on but I always end up with girls with fake boobs and most are quite smart.

Most people don't understand how much heat the body gives off. That is why you practice. Some will use hand warmers, toe warmers, all sorts of stuff but if you practice at home with the container of choice and water, you can learn how to secure the container to the body without being noticed and keeping it between 90-100 degrees without all this other junk. Practice, practice, practice. Read the substitution sticky and look over other threads on it and use the search feature then go forth and practice. If you get it right, you can keep it between 90-100 for hours.

I have found that thread and will read it throughly. Can you help me on one more thing....how quickly does the temp drop? What if I get stuck sitting for an hour? What do I do then? Also, if I buy a home test....do I need a 5 or 7 panel?
