Iron Chef Smoke Gun

I was watching The Next Iron Chef last night and they were using new high tech gadgets. They had this smoke gun that is to be used to burn wood chips and quickly give a smoke flavor to food. I commented to my wife that it would be fun to use weed in. Then one of the contestants even made the remark that they would sell a lot of those on Venice Beach. Anyway just thought you guys might be interested. Here's the website selling them. The company is Polyscience.
You can see a video on the Food Network website, I think, I didn't feel like waiting for it to load, my computer and internet sucks some times.

You are supposed to put hardwood sawdust into the bowl. They have that along with many other high tech food preparation devices in this months Popular Science. Everyone should pick it up, it's a really interesting read.

I don't know how hot it gets but, they had wood chips in it. When they pulled the trigger the smoke just rolled out and then stopped as soon as they let off of the trigger, it was cool. It blows the smoke out about 3 or 4 inches I would guess.

they used that in a cheech and chong movie.. i dont remeber which one it is, but the cop is using a little plastic lookin gun to smoke up and it shoots the smoke out a few inches. but i doubt it is that same one.. so i guess what im tryin to say is has anyone seen one meant for smoking
