liquid, goopy resin :

I been smokin for a while and i've smoked tons of resin in the past (after ma stash is gone) Its pretty nasty, I know, but I just scraped out some questionable stuff...

I ususally smoke from glass but at tha moment i got a wood one, with a plastic mouth peice. I managed to get very little resin from the bowl, it seems to just melt in the wood, getting crispy and shaves off as dust. It smells kinda woody so i dun smoke that. BUT

I stuck a paper clip up the mouth peice and the resin that came out is like straight runny tar and incredibly goopy. I never smoked resin like this, is it ok? I smeared it around on a screen, i just wanna know if this stuff is safe err, as safe to smoke as regular resin?

*EDIT* oh and it has a lot different smell when I burn it, kinda more chemicly smell, this is mainly what turned me off besides it being goop

pretty much the same stuff.... that kind is produced (atleast imo and my own experiments) when not alot of ash/particles get through.... if you wanna test yourself get a metal pipe, take two screens and double layer a peice of toilet paper between them, and then stick it in the body of the pipe at one of the thread connectors and smoke out of it for like a week, and then look what you have on the bowl side, and then look at what's on the mouthpeice side...

ty, i just smoked it and... it definitly was resin. It sparkled and poped / boiled when i tourched it, got 2 decent hits, stuff shure burns up faster then i hoped :(

*sigh*..... I really need some money, lol
