Close call?

So my mom picked me up from my friends house where we were playing some soccer. Everything was normal until she said the words, "I was looking for some football cards to see if I could find a certain player. I found a couple of binders in your closet at the top but he wasn't in there." So i'm thinking, shit oh shit. She found my stash (My stash is right next to the binders, kind of tucked in between).

As soon as I get home I try to make my way upstairs. She didn't seem mad at all, even offered me some apple crisp. I step into my room and everything that was on the top shelf in my closet. And right on top of my hard drive empty box was a tin of hockey cards and my baggy just chillin' next to it. To my surprise everything was still there. But i had it rolled up and folded in half. It was straight out in a roll. So I know that she touched it.

Now she hasn't said anything to me, so I'm either thinking:
A) She will just avoid it, not tell my dad. Some things are better left unsaid..
B) She didn't know what it was, thought it was catnip or something for my cat. But I don't think she's that dumb.
C) She will say something to me tomorrow, or just try to catch me in the act.

What do you guys think? She's a pretty "cool" mom and didn't freak out when she had found empty beer bottles and half a bottle of vodka a couple months back. And it's not like my family is full of scumbags. My brother graduated top 10 in his class and standards are pretty high around here (Yes, we're somewhere between normal and rich).

Haha, except she works for a teen pregnancy prevention program. And is on the board for non-smoking organization.

tobacco right? J/K if she dosent mention it, no worries, if she does, take your lumps. Either way, you are still going to be alive and well (if maybe a little grounded) but first offenses dont normally get punnished to severly by cool moms.

My mother found a pack of ciggarettes in my cargos years ago, and they just appeared in my room with a sticky note with a frowny face on my dresser. If she didnt flip yet i wouldent worry.

I dont know how old you are, but there are way worse things in the world to be worried about.

The first time my mother found my stash she set it on the kitchen counter when i came home. She asked me very sternly, wheres your pipe? what do you smoke this out of? (shes smoked ALOT in her earlier years so she might have just been wanted it for herself) I told her i didnt have a pipe or anything, which was true and that i just used rolling papers. She just told me to go to bed. But when i wakup the next morning to take a shower that sack was sitting there on the a stair-rail-countertop type thing. I took it back, smoked it later, and she never mentioned it again.

I am also blown for the first time after 12 days of sobriety, after smoking every single day for nearly the past year. :wtf:

She never said anything to me, but I did go to the store saying that I was getting a mountain dew and she said, "Make sure thats the only thing you buy."
