OK the first time i need help with chosing from C99 or Ak47. Since i'd smoked ak47 a couple of times i decided to go with the C99. With the C99 in its first days of flower i'm looking for another strain. This time i want something fruity with a kick. So I need help should i go with The Blueberry from joey weed or should i give Heavy Duty Fruity from T.H. Seeds a try?!

Unless of course anyone else has a fruity strain that are better that the too list above!

My friend is doing a Joey Weed Blue Apollo (Blueberry x Apollo 11) grow right now. He is still in vegetative so I don't have much advise to offer, but the promise of blueberry to come is enticing.

Well out of the 10 only 1 survived at its the one i kept. I had the others with a totally inexperienced grower so i blame myself for what happened but he didnt check the ph so they were destroyed. Luckily though the one that i kept turned out to be a female so i have 3 clones of her in the bubble cloner right now. The mother i took the clones from is in her 2nd day of flowering. She's flowering under 15000 lumens of T12 until the 1000 watter gets here. I must say that the C99 i got from joey is a good strong stable plant and it gets bushy as hell really fast. I'll only have one in flower until the other clones root then i'll throw 2 of the clones in the flower room and keep one of them for a mother.

Does your C99 tend to get really bushy without topping? And if i'm correct you did say you had some NlxC99 growing, right?! How stable are they and if you have flowered some already, what was the smoke like and weight if you dont mind.

I've grown quite a few of the NL99s, not the 100% C99 ... the NL99 is very bushy, real tight branching, very little spacing between calyxs, beautiful growing plant ... some I topped, some I didn't ... only made about 6"-8" height difference, when done after the 5th internode ... and, I liked the yield from the topped plants ... clone the hell outta her, she won't mind the cutting ... I had a bunch of young ones bite the dust from my g/f over-watering them while I was outta town for a couple weeks, but that is the only negative experience I ever had with NL99 ... I harvested my NL99 with about 10% amber trichomes ... (I get about 3-4 ounces of DRIED bud, I take just the primo colas ... my friend, Custom39, grew the 7+ ounce beauty pictured on Joey's NL99 webpage, by sitting his pots on a 30-degree angle to the floor, and rotating pot daily) ... cerebral, colorful, grinning high, not much body stone, very popular with others that tried her, lots of compliments ... the straight C99 should be even more 'head-high' ... you'll enjoy the ride

AK 47 is my main smoker here in canada and i love it.. just like it said harsgh as fuck and 1 hit wonders.. the buds are hard compact and coverd in red hairs, like an indica but deff sativia feeling too. i would say go with an AK 47 cross for better taste and maby a bit less harsh:jointsmile:

Do you grow in soil? If so how long do you vegetate and what size pots do you use? I want to grow a few in soil until i can replace my ph meter for my bubblers.

The C99 has those bushy tight internodes. As a matter of fact the fan leaves are getting in the way and stopping some of the shoots from getting light but some of the shoots are sticking out further than the fan leaves. It sounds like i have alot to look forward to, i'll have to get some of that NL99 as well it sounds like a real treat!

Here are some NL99s 5 week from seed. Just sprayed garden sulphur so things are a little cloudy. They are really dense and node spacing is tiny.
