I wake up brush my teeth have a shower then i have a mouthfull of rum to warm me up.
Usually followed by a cup of tea and a strong joint. Then i carry on through out the day smoking around 3g of a variety of weed/hash.
I eat well loads of meals through the day and loads of fruit and i am vegetarian, i have a good diet but i also smoke a lot of weed.
I have no short term memory at all left i can never find things that i have just placed, and i am generally quite spaced out.
Also i am saving up to get an vapourizer for healthier stoning.
Any advice or suggestions?

cut down maybe?? seems to me you're addicted if you can't tell yourself that you need to stop for a while...

Do you not have a job? how old are you?? I mean, I smoke marijuana every day..at least a few bowls usually, and I have problems with my short term memory a bit, but nothing excessive..
does it not make sense that you're maybe not doing yourself any good by just sitting around smoking pot and eating every day? perhaps get out and exercise or something, or a job..it's quite difficult to interpret what your post is asking for...but I take it that you're just really stoned wondering if you're actually doing yourself any good..

Whats your ailement BTW ? I'm a mmj user too and slowing down isn't really an option like the previous posters suggest . Quality of life would go downhill then . You'll go through alot less meds. if you do indeed invest in a vapo. I love mine . :4:

k not to be gross, but when i first read that I thought it was "then I have a mouthful of cum to warm me up". no diss intended
how much overall do you drink? I can understand a toke in the morning, and I don't know how it is in british culture, but any alcohol in the morning is generally frowned upon. I'd scrap that first. Tea is awesome. I like earl grey and yerba mate.
I dig the vegetarian vibe, but are you getting enough protein?
3 grams a day? if i smoked that much I wouldn't have much short term memory either. It's not that cannabis leaves you with permanently worse short-term memory, but the times being stoned tend to be harder to recall and if you're stoned all day, you won't remember much. Unless of course you have variety in your activities. The rhythm of the familiar will only be prominent in memory if you keep a journal or something. But doing different things every day will provide your mind with points of reference to solidify memories. Anything really, as long as its new and different.
Cannabis is a beautiful and helpful thing, but anything in excess is not good for you. except vegetables I guess...

i work through out the day and i am constantly stoned through work as we smoke weed on our fag breaks. i suppose everytime i smoke a joint im sharing it with someone so im smoking around 1.2-1.8 grams a day.
i eat loads of fruit to keep my energy levels up and still enjoy the experience. But i am correct in thinking i am doing it too much i really need to cut down a bit. I tried to do just weekends but i end up breaking this habit very quickly!

I couldn't handle only smoking on weekends. I think it's cool to smoke every day, I just ensure that I'm having as many nonstoned hours as I am stoned hours

Im no GP, so this is just my opinion, but i'd think, going cold turkey during the week is going to be hard from where you are at. I'd say, yes, you are taking too much, try going from 3 a day, to two for a few day, then maybe even one. Or, instead of having a strong joint in the morning half it, and have the other half later in the day. Unless you wanna get STONED then i suppose halfing it isnt an option...
Good luck with cutting down, if that indeed is what you are trying to do.
Coffee or the like is better than alcohol in the morning :thumbsup:

i have never signed on and i never would i live a good life, i have a house i am paying mortage off i work everyday, do overtime when i can. I could not live on benefits i am not going to put myself in that situtation i enjoy working and spending my money.
once i get that vapourizer i will cut down on the cannabis consumption, until then i will just try to miss a day smoke a day etc and miss two days etc etc.

why dont you reward yourself with bowls instead and yes just one, 1, single, uno, bowl with your daily activities. LIke for example one full day of work thats a bowl, trip to the gym another bowl. And for the short term memory loss, force yourself to put your wallet, keys, and all the other stuff you have a hard time finding daily in the same spot.

To each of their own, but some clarity is required in at least your day. You gotta have some balance.
I toke daily, but I have a window of time where I don't toke at all. Only partake in the evening unless it's on a day I have no responsibilities that require my full attention.

sounds more like paranoia.. were you stoned when you made the thread? of course thoughts like that are going to come by you from time to time.. but if you really want to cut back and stop smoking then i would just go from 3 grams a day to 2 grams and so on until you are only smoking a gram or less. As for the rum thing.. the thought of rum in the morning with the mixture of my soon to be clean teeth taste of toothpaste doesnt seem to appetizing, nor the best thing to do. A joint in the morning is not needed... nothing wrong with wake and bake but if you stuff a gram in a joint then theres a gram right there at the very beginning of the day... just smoke a bowl or something and hold it in. Anyway im sure its nothing that cant be modified to your liking, just take action and dont worry TOO much about it =)
