So the cops just arrived to my friends downstairs appartment. There are 12 other people in there, and we were all getting high as fuck. The cops went around to the back door and knocked, and it seems obvious that they are searching the apartment right now. I escaped, but a cop saw me, but this was before the cop even really knocked on the door. I have NOTHING on me, I just smell of it a little. Am I COMPLETELY safe? Or what should I do?

Now there are two cops there. I'm REALLY stoned... but am I completely fine? I mean, as long as they dont find anything on me, I'm legally not responsible, right?

I left a pack of extra-long zig zags and rolled a joint though, what if they find out I roled it?

All of the neighbors went back to their own appartments and are peaking through the blinds. One of the guys I toke with has a warrent. :(

They don't care who rolled the joint. Only who has possession of the joint. Hell they will probably smoke it when they get off their shift.

I assume you have washed your hands and have done something to clean your breath of the pot smell.

True. I am stoned and not busted.

Apparently, 5 cop cars showed up, and arrested two people on simple possession, paraphanelia, and had an arrest warrent for one of them.

Considering you all were fucking stoned in an apartment complex, you were probably snitched out by a neighbor for either being loud or it being obvious it was you guys that are smoking. I was in the same situation once, but I was moving out of the apartment, but I had that one weekend to move out and shit so it was empty, I invited alot of people over and we just toked and toked. Cops showed up, probably because we were laughing like fuck and we were on the second story, we all kind of just jumped off the balcony to avoid getting busted. They just figured someone broke in because it was empty.
