I know there are so mant factors that determine the yeild of an indoor plant. like CO2, proper nutrients, good water adequate space, reflective walls ect....ect...ect...
I am just wondering some of the old growing story's where so and so pulled 2lb off of one indoor.
I think to get the biggest indoor plant you either need to be doing a DWC grow or use a 20 gallon bucket instead of a five gallon buket for the grow. To get big yields I recomend leaving them in veg ffor up to two months.

Any tips to make it veg faster, maybe a clone for one month of veg? I want to produce monsters, my last harvest I got 9oz off of one and 9.5 off the other. Both strains were Dumpster.

I try to stick to ind. or ind. dom. strains that respond well to topping .
I've never much kept track of veg. time to be honest w/ you . I usually veg em till they're 16 in tall and top em once - wait 10-14 days for the new shoots to almost get as tall as the orig. top and flip to 12/12 .
I do DWC / Drip combo in 5 gal. buckets and my best bucket was 19 oz. so far .
A lb. per bucket is pretty average here now .

19zips??????????? Thats fuckin rockin it. DWC can produce some monsters I first learned to grow using DWC waterfarm buckets.

I top my plants at the 4th or 5th node, do you think I should let them get bigger before topping them. The strain I am growing is Dumpster, everyones heard of it no one has ever actually grown it exept us Ohio boys.

I got 9.5oz off of my best, grown in soil in 5 gallon buckets with GH nutes, Diamond nectar, and KoolBloom during flowering. My Question is that if I had used a much larger bucket would the yeild have increased on the plant because of more room for roots to grow. When I pulled the stalk out of the bucket the roots were so fuckin compact that I'm suprised it didnt get root rot and die.

xcrispi, I am guessing you used CO2 supplemet. What did you keep the CO2ppm at ,or what did you have your regulator set at?f you have a CO2 generator none of this really matters unless you have an idea about how many CO2 ppm were in the air. THANKS!!

Hey 20 D/H ,
No CO2 here . What kinda lights do you have , and how many of them ? I run a pair of 1000w. hps in cooltubes .

Do a search for "giant bubblers" posted by shaggytoodope .

You can chk. my set up by searching "crispis growings ons" and or " crispis recent growroom mods"

I use G/H 3part , koolbloom , cal mag+ , liquid karma , and sweet .

Ohio huh ? Were almost neighbors bro.

Peace bro.

.yeah I use two Hydrofarm Radiant 1000 HPS with the Hortilux bulbs. Sounds like were using thr same GH nutes, but what does the liquid karma, calmag+, and sweet do. I have heard of them all , but have always just went with what worked best the last harvest. What state u in?

Sup ,
Liquid Karma = like 60 dif. trace nutes , min. , inocul , and other goodies - if I'm not mistaken .

Cal/Mag plus - calcium / magn. because I run an R/O filter system and would get defs. w/o it because R/O strips it all out of our tapwater .

Sweet = Carbos. for 2nd 1/2 of flowering . = denser , tastier buds .

All 3 above products are Botanicare . I stick to G/H and Botanicare .

Been known to give em a blast of KaBloom / KoolBloom also late in flower but it really gets em to stinking -n- fukn up the house .

Just north of you in Detroit B.T.W

LST/veg for like 6 weeks before flowering. Then look out, you might end up with two pounds from a plant.

Make sure you have a big enough container for the roots. More the root, the bigger the plant.

Damn I must suck or something....

Let me ask you this. What yield would you expect to get with this setup?

One hydrohut DLX w/ Mylar on the walls and floor (8X4X7).
4X 600W Hortilux 600 Super HPS Bulbs
16 - 5 gallon buckets with 8" net pots
Recirculating DWC with drip assist using Botanicare Readygro Areation

Botanicare Pure Blend Pro Grow and bloom
Liquid Karma
Fox Farm - Open Sesame/Beastie Bloomz/ Cha Ching
Silica Blast
Cal Mag plus (when needed)
Hygrozyme

Growing a strain like Critical Mass or Trainwreck being vegged for 4 weeks (from a well rooted clone approx 3-4 weeks old).

I do a pretty comprehensive LST and FIM topp in flower (with amazing results).

What kind of yield should I get and what else can I possibly do to get more??!!!!

I grew some purple grandaddy's with a setup just like this but at the time I only had 3X 600 HPS bulbs and did not top them or do LST. From 15 plants I only got 10 oz... :-(

It was awesome quality tho but the yield was shit.

I heard that GDP is a crappy yielder though and I am hoping for more from my next 2 grows that are currently flowering (being the afformentioned Critical Mass and Trainwreck).

Please help me. Show me the way!!!!

I have a great setup with good temps and the overall balance of things is really good. I just want a 3-4 pound grow to set me free!!
