Is it possible to just drink water all the time and keep your urined diluted?

You only have 10 minutes to edit a post. Yes, you could drink fluids all the time and stay diluted all the time. It would suck going to the bathroom all the time but you could do it.

I drink between 8 and 12 bottles of water a day... minimum! I take creatien as well, that being said I also smoke every day so while I think the THC in my system would be diluted, I have no false security that I would pass a random drug test. THC isn't just stored in your bloodstream and pissed away in your urine, it is also stored in your fat cells and can slowly release back into your system (minus the high) for up to 2 months (or so I've read... please feel free to add to this post.).

As for the peeing all the time... yep, every hour in the day and every 2 to 3 through the night. That being said, I'm am one sexy water drinkin' mofo!! Booya!

I drink a lot of tea and cranberry juice(with vodka of course) everyday. Unsure if its really helps.I seem to be able to get clean after about 3 days after smoking a couple nights in a row.I wish someone with lab experience and equipment could test tea and cranberry juice to see if it helps or not.

Okay I think I'm going to do that instead of buying sinthetic urine because my mom can drug test me at any moment on the spot and I won't have time to heat up my sinthetic stuff or anything so I think this is safer. Or maybe I should buy the sinthetic stuff and use the diluted piss if I can't use the sinthetic for the test.

If its just you mother testing you, you can cheat with warm water from a faucet and some yellow food coloring. I take it she is just using the simple test strips?

Well she use to take me to the doctor but I passed every time I went miraculously. Each time I was tested I was a regular smoke and had smoked within the past 2-3 days and somehow still passed. I guess I can attribute that to my fast metabolism or extreme luck. Is anyone else like that? Anyway she's positive that I smoke and said she's not takin me to the doctor anymore because his tests aren't good enough for her. So I don't know how she's goin to drug test me next. When she was trying to prove that I smoke I went and bought a home drug test kit and gave it to her and said use it anytime because I know how easy they are to trick. I have no idea how the next test will be but I want to be prepared if it isn't a home test.

Try and talk her into the home test strips they are cheap on fleabay. And without a temp strip you could find all kinds of ways to cheat.Too expensive to keep taking you to a doctor for drug test. Appeal to her cheap side.lol

Using the word "diluted" for drinking water or other non-alcoholic beverage is, in my opinion, non appropriate.

My girlfriend, who's 1000% clean always tells me that my urine (when i don' flush the toilette) looks too yellow and i should drink more water.

You can dilute a solution by adding anything yu want, such as adding water into your pee after peeing... It would be a more straightforward and simplest to dilute, instead of the pain of drinking tones of water which I would call an attempt of cleaning or flushing.

If one wants to dilute accurately, one should also prepare the diluting solution accurately instead of flushing. A little bit of creatin or creatinine, some salt to raise the density, something to get the urine color (Vitamin B or what ever) and a define volume of the solution to add to a define volume of one's real urine to do the trick.

If one can handle the dilution at the collection center, one will pass any urine test when ever they come and goodbye struggle of "how to pass a THC u test"

It sounds easy, but I guess its definitively fun a feasible, even though, I think there is a more ultimate way to pass a THC test. The solution, i guess, is in the test u strip them self...

Has there ever been any problems with taking the Vitamin B? I mean can they detect that, ask you about it and get suspicious? Also, is it just as effective to take a multi-vitamin, so you could say that you take vitamins in that case?

How long do you stay diluted?
Is the key to being diluted peeing until your pee is clear?
I know you can dilute by just drinking tons of water right before you test but how long does water stay diluted in your system? (main question once again)

Does size and weight matter? if you follow the dilution method is it custom for all people? what if your under-weight or extremely over weight could you or would be able to drink more or less?

Reason why i ask is people who have probation piss test probably have to wait 15-45 minutes in a room with other probation victims. During this time how much of the metabolites start creeping into your bladder?

Would it be better piss right before you go into the probabtion and as you wait let your bladder start to fill with fresh pee?

i know these are silly questions but i think this will help people?

This is acually a good question, and i'd like to know this also..for example: I do the dilution method, piss a few times and am on my way to get tested...after being diluted..say it takes 30 mins to get to the place and i'm waiting there for 20-30 mins...within 1 hour (more or less)..will enough metabolites go back into the piss to come up positive, or are we good for a few hours?

I'd like to know this because i have to test in a week..been clean for 15 days and am still kind of worried.

The best way to find out because everyone is different is to buy some test strips and test yourself to see how long it takes to get clean and how much fluid to take.

So what's a good way to guage whether I'm diluted or not? Does clear piss mean I'mm diluted? I haven't been unlucky enough to get tested yet..

Clear piss doesn't necessarily mean your dilluted. The only way to tell would be to pickup the test strips that test ph and creatine levels. But if you follow the dillution sticky you would be safe.
