1st grow, 1st problems

Hi everyone-

I transferred my seedlings to my DWC veg kit a couple of days ago when they had their first real leaves. They are under a 400MH that is just high enough that there is no sign of heat change (about 18"). Well the stocks are about 3" and the outside ones are pointing way inward towards the light center.

Also, it doesn't seem like they've really progressed in the last couple of days in terms of growing roots or developing more leaves.

What does everyone think? I read about reburying them deeper but wasn't sure that was safe in Hydroton.

You probably could have waited till they had 3 sets of leaves, thats what I wait for. You don't even need to give them nutes till there that old.

Plus when putting them into the sys. you can bury them as deep as the 1st set of round leaves / cotyld.

Thanks guys, I probably transferred them a little early, but I reburied them now up to the neck in the Hydroton and lowered the water level to just touching the bottom of the net pots (this is DWC).
