Pinner

Boy did I get ripped off. I've been waiting for 3 weeks and I finally received my GH nutrients and when I opened the box it looked like these bottles were sitting in a warehouse for 10 years.
I contacted General Hydroponics to ask how I can tell how old this product was and they told me there was a small sticker on the bottle with a lot number and I could tell when it was produced. They stated that the shelf life is 2 to 3 years. Well wouldn't you know it they removed the stickers and you can see where they removed it from the main label because the paper is ripped off in the shape of a square on each bottle. I also purchased a heated propagator which the cover is cracked on one end and it's totally scratched up. It actually looks like a used piece of sh.t..
Has anyone else had problems with this supplier.
Oh one more thing, I found out after I purchased these items that I was paying 2-1/2 times what other suppliers were selling it for. When I e-mailed them to cancel they sent me an e-mail back stating they increased my nutrients and sent it out. I guess the choice was either throw the old nutrients away or ship them to their dissatisfied customers.
Bummed out.
