Newbie Was it Marijuana or not? (Ripped off)

Well first of let me say that, I'd bought mj before, I am certain I was ripped of before, it was a different dealer, but I took like what must've been 10 hits and I didn't feel anything

THIS TIME!! I bought it of another dealer, the description is as follows: Green, with "red" hairs, some, not alot like in some of the pics here, but SOME white small hairy-like diamonds. Sticky, but not a wet sticky, a "mold it into any shape" sticky. Smell is in between the forest, you know trees, "fresh" smell, like you're taking a whiff of a pine tree forest.

Effects: After about 5 hits, I began feeling loosness, some dizzines, but in a good way, later I felt as tough my coordinations where of key, you know everything was like in slow motion, i hsd extremely dry mouth, i talked, to me, what seemed like oddly slow, my heartbeat was just FUCKING blazing, i could see my chest pounding, felt a bit relaxed.
Decided to take a drive and felt all the cars, including mine move in slow motion, but I was concious of what was going on.

So what do you think? was it laced? pcp? oregano, please help me out so I know wether to buy from him again or find a ne dealer.

No you didn't get ripped off man, you probably just got really high. Nobody really laces their weed as it's too expensive to do. I wouldn't worry about it.

you also sound as if you're really new to smoking. that could explain why the red hair didn't get you high. if it was a light green, it was probably some good cannabis then. but as a noob, you're cannaboid receptors aren't activated to taking in the THC, that's why most people don't get high their first time. it took me seven-eight times before i got high.
