Well, you know the way you'd quote someone while replying to a post? Hitting the quote button there at the bottom of the post?

To put quoted text into your signature, you'd simply hit that quote button like you're going to reply to a post and include a quote. Then instead of replying, you'd highlight and copy the marked-up, quoted text from that reply text area. Then you'd go up into your User CP and choose Edit Signature and paste the copied quote there in the block where you put your signature details.
