need help finding a song...

me and my manager both remember this song...the ONLY lyrics to it are

it has a high pitched female singer, its techno-y, has a trumpet...and i'm pretty sure it is kinda latin sounding, and i think it may've been popular from 1996-2002....

any ideas?
